For most of my adult life I’ve worked for and with advertising agencies and media companies. To name a few; Adobe, Lost Boys (now Digitas), Code d’Azur, ING, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Disney Streaming

For programmers

I’m a programmer, father, blogger, writer, I’ve been a teacher/lecturer at @saeams, foodie and overall nerd for life. I volunteered for the Dutch Cocoaheads Chapter. I created and maintained the Swift Usergroup Netherlands. I also organized a conference, Swift Island, together with my good friend Niels, on an actual island. For this we won the Swift Community Awards for best conference in the world in 2019.

Winner: Swift Island. As one of the new breed of mentor-driven camp events, Swift Island has built itself a reputation for fun, friendship, and lots of hands-on coding.
